We are seeking an innovative, committed and talented Group Fitness Team Leader to join the management team across both of these dynamic facilities. With over 230 group fitness classes each week and over 100 instructors, the Group Fitness Team Leader will make their mark by incorporating industry best practice, innovation, passion, exemplary service delivery expertise and strong leadership.

As the Group Fitness Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the group fitness area including supervision, ongoing training and rostering of group fitness instructors. You will be required to oversee high quality group fitness classes and evaluate the group fitness timetables with the aim of maximising class attendance. You will also assist in the recruitment, induction of new staff and ongoing training of all staff including attending classes. You will be a highly motivated, engaging individual with excellent communication skills, with an ability to motivate instructors and participants.

The successful applicant will have experience and achievement within a group fitness instructor or supervisor role. Outstanding organisation, planning and work prioritisation skills within a busy environment, and experience and achievement in team supervision, professional development of staff and customer service.
